But recently it seems that Balkans are producing more universities that anybody could or should consume, although a huge part of balkan universities are state runed Universities.
Balkan Countries like Albania, Serbia,Macedonia and Kosovo are the one that are leading in opening new Universities , lets see these countries in a more detalied way.
In Serbia there are 17 universities and so called "independet faculcities",right after Serbia comes Macedonia with quarter population they have approximatley the same number of Universities.
Although Bosnia is slightly better than Serbia and Macedonia , with 9 public Universities and around 10 private Universities.
Kosovo is a bit behind with 4 public Universities and over 10 private Universities.
The balkan and region winner is Albania with over 10 public and over 30 private Universities.
